Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy for our online food delivery business is as follows:

  1. Cancellation before order confirmation: Customers can cancel their order before it is confirmed by the restaurant. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.

  2. Cancellation after order confirmation: Once the order is confirmed by the restaurant, customers can still cancel their order, but a cancellation fee will be charged. The amount of the fee will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the restaurant's policies.

  3. Cancellation due to restaurant or delivery issues: In the event that the restaurant is unable to fulfill the order or there are issues with the delivery, customers will be provided with a full refund or a credit for their next order.

  4. Cancellation due to customer dissatisfaction: If a customer is dissatisfied with their order for any reason, they can request a refund or a credit for their next order. However, the request must be made within a reasonable time frame and the customer may be required to provide feedback or evidence of the issue.
